Do you have a question?
Where does your hair come from?
Our hair is 100% natural and sourced directly from Vietnam. It is collected from Vietnamese donors, guaranteeing its authenticity and superior quality.
What is the difference between raw hair and processed hair?
Raw hair is completely natural, unprocessed, undyed, and chemical-free. This allows it to retain its texture, shine, and durability. Unlike processed hair, raw hair has intact and aligned cuticles, which reduces the risk of tangles and ensures better longevity.
How to maintain Vietnamese raw hair?
To maintain the quality of your hair, we recommend washing it regularly with a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo, followed by a nourishing conditioner to keep it moisturized. Avoid harsh chemicals. You can style your hair with hot tools, but be sure to use heat protectant to maintain its texture.
Can I dye or bleach my hair?
Yes, our raw hair can be dyed or bleached, but we recommend going to a professional to avoid damaging the hair's natural texture.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the hair has not been opened or used. For more details, please visit our returns and exchanges page.
How long does custom tailoring take?
The production of our custom products takes between 10 and 15 days, as each order is carefully crafted to offer you the best quality.
How do I know how much hair to order?
The amount of hair you need to order depends on the type of hairstyle you want to achieve. Generally, we recommend 2 to 3 bundles for a complete installation. If you have any questions, please contact us for personalized advice.
What should I do if my hair becomes dry?
If your hair becomes dry, we recommend conditioning it regularly with a nourishing mask. This will help maintain its moisture and suppleness.
Dois-je payer des frais de douane ?
